Divisions that will have two teams the teams will be created based on years of experience and skill level that is provided during our registration process as well as a scrimmage to assist in creating parity. Players will be assigned with the intention of creating teams as evenly as possible starting in March with the older divisions continuing to our younger divisions. Teams will not be finalized until parity has been achieved. We do not take special requests for team placement.

The Boundary between Lacoka and Blackfalds Lacrosse Associations has been set at Township Road 40-2. Those living North of this road will register with Lacoka while those living South will register with Blackfalds. When the Blackfalds Association was formed, players previously registered with either association who lived on opposite sides of this new boundary line were granted permission to register with the association they previously played for, however they must receive and will be granted a release from the association whose boundary they fall under if they wish to remain with their previous association.
**Note 1: This boundary allowance was established to assist the Blackfalds Association with their development and intended to apply to players previously registered with Lacoka who would be given the option to remain with Lacoka for the remainder of their minor lacrosse career or to move to the Blackfalds Association as it grew to have teams at all divisions.
**Note 2: On an annual basis players may be granted releases to play in another association based on registration numbers and teams available in a division. All players must register with the appropriate association each year and players releases will be dealt with between associations as required.
