For the 2018 Lacrosse Season all registered players must submit a $200.00 Volunteer Deposit in the form of a post dates cheque dated June 30/2018 and require a parent/guardian or other person to perform a minimum of six (6) hours of volunteer duties per player during the lacrosse season. Record on the volunteer record form the completion of the duties, and turn in to the team manager to verify. Team manager will submit the completed form to the Executive to verify and in turn submit to the Treasurer who will destroy or cash post dated cheque. If said volunteer duties are not fulfilled and $200 deposit is not made your account will be considered in bad standing. This will affect your ability to register in future seasons.
Volunteer duties may include but are not limited to the following:
-Association Executive Position
-Mini-Tyke & Tyke Division Coordinator - Appointed by the Board
-Lacoka Apparel Coordinator - Appointed by the Board
-Discipline Coordinator - Appointed by the Board
-Team Picture Coordinator - Appointed by the Board
-Coach / Assistant Coach/Trainer
-Minor Official (Scorekeeper, Time Keeper, 30 second Clock Operator-sign game sheet)
-CALL or ALA Committee member
-Fundraising Event (Ponoka Stampede)
-Washing Jerseys and other team related duties as required.
